At NexSoft AI, we aim to deliver work that meets the goals we agree on upfront. This policy explains how refunds work across our services.
Website Development Projects
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50%) is required before project work begins. This covers planning, initial design work, and resource allocation.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, remaining payment will be calculated based on work completed up to that point.
Once a website is delivered, approved by the client, and made live, it is considered complete and is non-refundable.
SEO & Digital Marketing Services
SEO and digital marketing are ongoing, performance-based services. Because these involve real time, effort, and third-party ad spend (where applicable), payments already made for work delivered are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel an ongoing monthly service, you may do so with [30 days’] written notice. You will only be billed for the period already worked.
Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is non-refundable once campaigns have started, as this is separate from our service fee.
Graphic Design & Content Writing
Projects billed per deliverable (e.g., logo, blog post) are refundable only if work has not yet started.
Once drafts or concepts have been shared, payment covers the work completed and is non-refundable, though we will work with you through agreed revision rounds to get it right.
Revisions
Each service includes an agreed number of revision rounds (outlined in your project proposal). Revisions requested beyond this scope may incur additional charges.
Late or Missed Payments
Work will be paused on any project with overdue payments until the balance is settled.
How to Request a Refund (Where Applicable)
Contact us at info@nexsoftai.com with your project details and reason for the request. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 4 business days.
